We all deserve to be strong. Lifting weights will help us achieve this...and no, you will not instantly get "jacked". If that is your goal, let's get it! If not, we are still going to lift but have a slightly different approach. Embrace those weights!!

Feeling comfortable AND confident in your own skin is hard. Taking control of your fitness journey is a step in the right direction! In our training sessions, I will teach you how to move properly to maximize the movement, reduce risk of injury and leave you feeling empowered. You'll leave each session feeling grateful you moved your body (no regrets!).

Not only will you reach and create new fitness goals, you will also see yourself breaking through goals in your everyday life. Growing up an athlete,  working out and lifting was instilled in me. Through my high school and collegiate career, I quickly realized how important weight lifting and mobility was for my overall health and performance. After graduating, and ultimately moving away from competitive sports, I found lifting to be a great way to keep competing. This created a positive impact on not only my physical health but also mental!
